Reduction Mammoplasty (Breast Reduction)

47 year old female, who consulted for breast reduction surgery. Patient had significant pain in her neck, back, and shoulders. In addition, she had grooving in her shoulders from her bra straps. She had a very hard time finding a bra that fits her well, prior to surgery she wore a 42DDD cup size bra. Patient wanted to be a C cup size following surgery.
