38 year old female who was interested in a breast reduction. Patient had pain in her neck, back, and shoulders. Patient has had received physical therapy for her back pain in the past. Conservative methods of treatment had failed her and therefore she decided to have breast reduction surgery to improve her quality of life. Prior to surgery she was a 38H cup bra and she desired to be a b cup. Patient is just 2 weeks post bilateral breast reduction surgery and is very happy with her new breasts.
