21 year old female with had desired a breast reduction surgery for years. Patient had suffered from pain in her neck and back due to her enlarged breasts (hypertrophy) of the breast. Patient also felt she had very bad posture because of her breast weight. Prior to her bilateral breast reduction surgery patient was a 36 F cup. Patient desired to be a C/D cup. After photographs shown here are just 3 months after her breast reduction. Patient is very happy with her results. Because she is still just three months post surgery, she will continue to see her scars around the nipple/areola fade over time.
