Breast Revision with Implants and Fat Transfer

Patient is a 45 year old female who was referred to us by her oncologist. Patient has a history of breast cancer and previous reconstruction. She had breast cancer and a lumpectomy 6 years prior to consulting with us. She was seeking options for her asymmetry following previous surgery. At consult we reviewed her right chests more prominent than left. She presented with B cup breasts with asymmetry. Her right breast was larger than her left breast by 1 cup size. She also had a scar on left breast at the 2 o'clock mark, horizontal. We reviewed her options of bilateral reconstruction revision for symmetry, with fat transfer and breast implants. We reviewed a plan for bilateral reconstruction revision with placement of implants and discussed one cup size increase possibly using IMF incision. Implants placed were Allergan Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch, 210ml inserted to Left breast and 175ml inserted on Right breast. Photos were taken one year after her breast cancer revision reconstruction surgery. Patient is very happy with her results. More
