Tissue Expander and Alloderm

49  year old female of with a diagnosis of breast cancer. Patient had a mammogram/ultrasound which led to findings. Patient then had a biopsy which confirmed the diagnosis of breast cancer in her left breast. Patient had a skin sparing mastectomy, not a nipple sparing mastectomy. Patient had Bilateral Mastectomy with Insertion of Allergan Natrelle Breast Tissue Expanders and Alloderm. Photos shown here are 6 months after surgery. Patient is now scheduled for her next surgery. The next surgery will be the removal of the bilateral tissue expanders and placement of Allergan Natrelle Silicone Gel Breast Implants. Patient's first surgery, Mastectomy with immediate reconstruction was an overnight stay at the hospital. The next surgery will be outpatient where the patient will go home following surgery.
