55 year old female with a diagnosis of right breast cancer. After her consultation with her breast surgeon she was referred to our care. She decided on having a bilateral mastectomy.
Patient had a suspicious mammogram which led to other findings. She had gotten a biopsy which had confirmed her diagnosis. After her diagnosis she underwent two lumpectomy surgeries. Given she still had positive margins after surgery she decided on having a bilateral mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction.
The breast reconstruction procedure she chose was direct to implant, or, insertion of breast implants with alloderm matrix.
Prior to surgery patient was 32 B cup. Patient desired to be the same size or a little fuller after surgery. Implants chosen were 265 Natrelle Soft touch (Allergan) for the right breast and 295 Natrelle Soft touch (Allergan) for the left breast. After photographs are just two months following her breast surgery. She is extremely happy with her results and has been feeling great!
