Breast Implant Reconstruction

At the time of consultation, our patient was post two lumpectomy surgeries. She had noticed a big asymmetry between her breasts, and she wanted to do something about this. She had left breast invasive cancer and had chemotherapy and radiation therapy. At the time of consult she had completed her chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Prior to surgery she was a 34A/B cup size and desired a C or D cup after the surgery. At the time of her consultation for breast reconstruction surgery with Dr. Koch, we discussed:

1. left breast reconstruction with implant and alloderm, 2. right breast implant and alloderm underlay for symmetry, 3. left breast reconstruction revision with other technique. The final surgery plan was bilateral insertion of Breast Implants (385cc) with Subcutaneous Tissue Transfer (Fat Transfer) to bilateral breasts. After photographs are just 3 months post-surgery. Patient is feeling amazing after her surgery.
