Patient had left breast cancer, She had bilateral breast mastectomy and immediate reconstruction 4 years prior to consulting with Dr. Koch. Her reconstruction surgery was Tissue Expander and Alloderm which was later changed to silicone implant. Since her original surgery she had undergone 9 reconstruction revisions. She came to see Dr. Koch after being very unhappy with her previous surgery outcomes. She desired more symmetry of her breasts. Prior to surgery patient was a 36/38 DD. She was okay with going up or down in size as long as it would better symmetry and contour of her breasts. After photographs shown here are 4 months following her revision reconstruction surgery. Patient is very happy with her revision surgery. Revision reconstruction consisted of subcutaneous fat grafting (Fat Transfer), Nipple Reconstruction with Bilateral Breast Implant Exchange, Capsulectomies. Patient feels relieved to not have to undergo any further reconstruction and to finally feel like herself again!
