Oncoplastic Breast Reduction Surgery

Patient is a 57 year old postmenopausal female of with a diagnosis of Right Breast cancer. Patient had a mammogram which showed right breast calcifications, which led to stereotactic core biopsies of her right breast revealing low to intermediate grade ductal carcinoma. She has no family history of breast cancer nor has she ever taken hormone replacement therapy. In the after photgraphs shown above, patient is just 5 months post Right Breast Oncoplastic Reduction, Left Breast Reduction for symmetry. Patient had a partial mastectomy at the same time as her reconstruction surgery. Patient has also finished her radiation therapy. (Left Breast Radiation therapy). More
