Breast Cancer Reconstruction with Tissue Expanders and Reduction

54 year old female with diagnosis of right breast cancer. Patient had a suspicious area of lesion which was found on mammogram. She had a biopsy performed which confirmed her diagnosis; she decided to have a bilateral breast skin-sparing mastectomy. Prior to surgery patient wore a 34DD cup bra, She wanted to be smaller, preferably a C cup breast after surgery. Should she desire, this patient can move forward with nipple reconstruction surgery after her tissue expanders are replaced with breast implants. More
