Tissue Expander to Breast Implant Reconstruction for Breast Cancer

54 year old female diagnosed with right breast cancer. In 'before' photograph patient has a right breast tissue expander following right breast mastectomy. Patient had a left breast implant inserted for symmetry purposes. After completing chemotherapy and radiation, patient completed another surgery 'the after photograph' with removal of her right breast tissue expander and placement of a silicone gel breast implant. Patient is very happy with her reconstruction and her next surgery will be to reconstruct her right nipple, areola. More
