Bilateral DIEP Flap Reconstruction Surgery

Patient is a 57 year old female with history of breast cancer. She had a DIEP flap reconstruction surgery in late 2012. (Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator Flap to bilateral breasts immediately following bilateral breast mastectomy). After photographs shows her at 6 years post surgery. Patient is very happy with her natural looking breasts. She continues to follow up with Dr. Koch. At this time she is thinking about some further contouring. Breast Reconstruction surgery to contour the breasts is an option for all of our breast cancer patients even years after their initial surgery. More
