Breast Augmentation with Periareolar Incision Technique

36 year old female who consulted with Dr. R. Michael Koch for a Breast Augmentation. Patient felt her breasts did not fit her physique and she wanted more volume. Prior to surgery patient was a 32A bra and she desired to be a C cup size. Surgery performed was a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone round implants: round and smooth, submuscular (Breast Implants are placed beneath both the tissue and the pectoral muscle) and periareolar (a skilled breast augmentation incision made at the edge of the outer areolar area and the pocket for the implant is created under direct vision) incision.
