Patient is a 28 year old female who wanted to exchange her textured breast implants for smooth round. Patient also desired to have bigger breast implants placed during this surgery. Patient desired more 'fullness' on the top part of her breast. Patient was not interested in a breast lift. We removed the textured implants (450cc) and replaced with Allergan Silicone Smooth Round (Extra Full Profile) 560cc. After photographs shown are almost 3 months post her breast implant exchange surgery. Patient is extremely happy with her results.
