Abdominoplasty after childbirth

46-year-old female, who met with Dr. R. Michael Koch for a consultation to discuss abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery and a possible hernia repair. Patient had an epigastric hernia and wanted it to be repaired at the same time as her abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery. Patient also expressed interest in a breast lift. Patient has had children, twins. Since having her children she had not been able to lose the skin in her lower abdomen and desired to have the skin removed.
