58-year-old woman who presented for a consultation regarding body contouring, abdominoplasty, and thigh lifting. We had an in-depth discussion on various approaches for body contouring including the need to evaluate the skin contour and elasticity, distribution of soft tissue and fat as well as the conditioning of the anterior abdominal wall. On examination, she had a 4-inch pinch hole at the mid epigastric level. During her cosmetic consultation with Dr. R.
