At her consultation for Tummy Tuck/ Mommy Makeover surgery she discussed with Dr. Koch that she had gained 30-40lbs from pre-pregnancy. She had exercised and was able to lose some of the weight. However she was not able to lose all the weight. We discussed with patient at the time of consultation that she was a very good candidate for the Abdominoplasty with Liposuction of flanks surgery.
