Patient is a 43 year old female referred to our office by her General surgeon. Patient desired a surgery with a combined hernia repair with panniculectomy/abdominoplasty. Patient complained of discomfort and rashes secondary to excess skin and fat which is caused by the irritation and rubbing of the excess skin she had on her abdomen. Patient had been unsuccessful at losing weight secondary to excess pannus. Surgery was completed and patient is extremely happy with her after results. The photographs above are almost two months post her hernia repair and panniculectomy, abdominoplasty surgery. Patient will continue to have improved results as post surgery swelling subsides in the months to come. Patient no longer has rashes in her skin folds and feels so much relieve having her excessive skin removed. More
